Job Description

  • Conduct lessons professionally and guide customers on the steps for cooking, baking and cake courses.
  • Proactively initiate and engage customer on relationship building.
  • Ensure lessons are conducted in fun and positive way by motivate customer during the lesson.
  • Ensure all equipment, kitchen tools and tables are cleaned after lessons.
  • Be punctual and well prepared with required ingredients and tools before the lesson begins.
  • Provide consultation to customers interested in our lessons and course purchase to acquire a new hobby and pursue new healthy lifestyle.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties including ingredients stock check, ingredients packing, customer service, answer phone enquiries etc.
Requirements
  • A good team player.
  • Able to multitask and work independently.
  • Flexible to working hours as scheduled during weekdays, evenings and weekends.
  • Good in time management, customer service and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, conversational in Mandarin will be a plus but not a must.
  • Applicants with sales or culinary background will be an added advantage.

Job Description

  • Responsible for assisting instructors to pack ingredients.
  • Handle ingredients division and storage of the products received from suppliers.
  • Responsible in stock checking and stock level monitoring.
  • Ensure ingredients are packed according to the requirements and be consistent in the presentations.
  • Assist in maintaining overall studio hygiene and cleanliness including the dining area.
  • Support other related daily studio operations.
  • Support staffs during events like booth, special functions and etc.
Requirements
  • Able to differentiate ingredients used in baking or cooking.
  • Able to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
  • Able to organize, multitask and work in a team.

Job Description

  • Acquire new sales and grow sales volume with existing and future potential corporate clients (B2B)
  • Maintain and achieve customer satisfaction in pursuit of business targets
  • In charge of project management upon sales agreement by understanding client business need
  • Establish and execute marketing solutions to clients; establishing good-term partnerships
  • Prepare quotations and arranging sales presentations
  • Other administrative tasks which include receive and process contracts, quotation, invoices, maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Work closely with marketing and product units
Requirements
  • Preferably with at least 1 to 3 years’ experience in retail background, local marketing and corporate sales.
  • Confident appearance, good public relations and excellent communication/negotiation skills.
  • Good time management and planning skills.
  • Result-oriented and good sale track record.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Market knowledge.

Job Description

  • Responsibility to in-charge reception and retail sales.
  • Attend customers and call-ins at the reception area.
  • Operating the cash register and handling payment transactions.
  • Manage retail area inventory, including tools, equipment and ingredients storage.
  • Maintain retail area cleanliness and organization including shelves, displays and storage areas.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and address any operational issues that may affect customer satisfaction.
  • Support in other related daily studio operations or events assigned by the manager.
