You may be familiar with the classic coffee-chocolate Opera, but have you thought of it made in a different flavour? A luxurious French layered cake with a Japanese twist, assembled with cocoa joconde sponge, crème au beurre, matcha ganache and a matcha glaze finish, the Matcha Opera will be available for all Cake Basic Members and holders of Cake service ticket from 15 June – 31 July at all studios.
