Well-loved for its buttery pâte sucrée made from scratch and nutty crème d’amande filling, the Tarte aux Pommes is a rustic French apple tart not to be missed as you learn to make a whole tart from scratch. Enjoy it warm or at room temperature with thinly-sliced and carefully-arranged apple slices that are baked till tender and golden brown.
