Knead your stress away at home with this beautiful epi bread only available in October’s Online Regular Lesson, and it requires only very little preparation from you!
The Mentai Seaweed Cheese Epi promises to be a combination that you’ll fall in love with, made of a crispy and light dough topped with mentaiko sauce, grilled nori and cheese. Look like a pro and master the shaping of pain d’epi like those sold at boulangeries! All you need to prepare is water and some basic bread-making tools, and we’ll be taking care of the rest.
