🍓 Seasonal Regular Lesson alert 🍓 Nothing is sweeter than strawberries in spring!
A twist to the classic French cake with a crunchy base, the Strawberry Saint Honoré is layered with crème pâtissière-filled petite choux, dark cherries and crème Chantilly piped using two techniques. Decorate it with strawberries and cherry blossoms for a gorgeous spring treat.
