If you’ve learned Quattro Twist in April, join us braiding once again with the Matcha Ring, this time in round and layered with an earthy almond matcha cream, packed with chocolate chips, boiled chestnuts and boiled sweet potatoes in its 3-pieces variation.
An oldie but a goodie, the Pandan Chiffon is ideal for novice bakers as well as masters who’d like to attempt baking in their own kitchen after attending multiple physical lessons. As a bonus, pair the fragrant cake that is enriched with flavours of coconut cream with brown sugar cream at the side.
