Join us as we welcome spring in charm with the Matcha Blossom 🍵🌸
Create flavours of the blooming season with a base of refreshing raspberry peach mousse, complemented by the subtle earthiness of matcha mousse on top. Add texture with fluffy sponge layers and juicy peach cubes within, and crown it with petals of piped cream to resemble blossoming flowers of the season.
