For Cake Members this month, roll up a light Apple and Earl Grey Roll with cooked apple compote wrapped around a fluffy soufflé sponge infused with the bold flavours of earl grey tea. Finish it with a graceful piping and more apple compotes on top!
Bread Members, fill your house with the sweet smell of classic Japanese melon pan in strawberry flavour with the Strawberry Melon Pan, topped with a crisp cookie crust as well as dried strawberries in every bite.
