Learn to make a deliciously light and moist tiramisu-flavoured chocolate roll cake, that is frosted with tiramisu cream to recreate a traditional French Christmas dessert. You will get to learn how to roll and assemble your chiffon base, make your own tiramisu cream and chocolate ganache and deal with cream for decoration.
Garnish with a candied Santa, rosemary and a powder light snowfall of deco powder is all this yule log really needs to complete its wintry perfection.
