Daifuku which means “Big Fortune” or “Great Luck”, is one of the most traditional yet popular Wagashi (Japanese confectionary) and popular gift for special occasions in different seasons.
Along with the art of Wagashi, the Japan’s tea-ceremony treats, learn how to make soft, fresh and exotic Daifuku-mochi with mod versions of various fresh fruits fillings, presented in a gift box.
