Awaken your crating skills as we meticulously turn Roti Jala into a garden of flowers dyed with natural colouring. Pair the chewy lacy crêpes with hearty Ayam Masak Merah masak-ed with plenty of spices that makes an inviting combination. For a sweet ending, we’ll be making two types of kuih that are common favourites – Kuih Ketayap and Pulut Inti – filled and topped with brown sugar coconut filling.
