We’re kicking off the holiday spirit a little early with the Chestnut Lodge! 🎄✨ 

Inspired by the Gâteau Concorde (a classic meringue-based cake), join us to learn the art of layering soft cake sponges with velvety chestnut cream and Chantilly cream. Discover a delightful chewy surprise with dango and brown sugar syrup tucked beneath the layers. Finish with chestnut cream piping on top and surround it with a charming fence of meringue sticks.
